+ Do you only sell in packs?
Yes and all Styles come in packs of 6-9 as confirmed for each style on the product pages. We are a Wholesale company and design and manufacture our Clothing to supply to Retailers, Traders and Boutiques. Unfortunately, we are unable to split these.
+ How do your Products (Sold In Packs) and Product Pack Ratios work?
Pack Ratio's and Pack Sizes are found on each individual product page;
For example, if there are 7 Units in a specific styles pack and the Sizes Ratio is shown as;
All orders are tracked with either Parcel Force or DHL, depending on your delivery address. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by your order dispatch email once dispatched - which will contain your delivery tracking information. You can log in to your account on the website, click on Order History and your order number to find your order tracking number and a link to Parcel Force website or click here to Parcel Force to add your Tracking Number found in your Email Order Dispatch Confirmation or click here for DHL.
+ How do I make changes to my delivery and billing address?
You can change your billing and shipping address while placing an order, during the checkout process. Remember please note Billing and Delivery must be in the same country. In case of any other changes such as VAT registration number - send all the necessary updates to: Sales@parisian.co.uk
+ You sell In-stock and Pre-Ordered Clothing, How does this work when adding both to my Shopping Bag?
Pre-order styles have release dates for when they will be delivered to you, which is confirmed on the product page for each Pre-Order Style. If you add pre-order styles and in-stock styles to your shopping bag we will send you the in-stock items separately within 24 hours of placing your mixed order, then the Pre-ordered styles will follow later based on the release date confirmed for each Pre-order style product on the product pages. You will get separate emails for these split orders, including tracking information for each dispatched order.
+ I logged in and added styles to my Wish List but when I came back not all the styles I added were available to buy?
Please note our new weekly styles sell out fast so if you like something it is best to buy them straight away when in stock. We will email you on products back in stock so keep an eye out for emails from us or visit the site frequently to grab the styles you have your eye on.
+ Do you sell plus sizes?
We do not currently stock plus sizes but please get in touch with us if this is something you would like to see us sell in the future.

We design our own products as a brand. 90% of our products are manufactured by Parisian own owned Factories in the Far East.
+ What labels are inside the clothing?
Our clothing carries our own Parisian label. It is your choice whether to sell as Parisian branded clothing or to add your own labels.
+ When can you pick up a UK click and collect order?
We will email you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up from Manchester, UK. Click and collect orders can be picked up Monday-Friday only. Please allow up to 4 hours to pick up your order and please note your order can't be picked up from 1-2pm Mon-Fri. For more information click here.
+ What are your UK showroom opening times?
Weekdays Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
+ Do you drop ship?
No. We do not offer a drop shipping service.
+ Can I pre-sell your items?
We do not advise you sell any items you do not physically have in your possession.
+ Do you send out samples?
No. We do not send out samples, but you can visit our Manchester showroom to see our products. Our UK showroom information can be found here.
