Do I have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?

When will my order get dispatched and shipped?
> Once payment has been received goods are then dispatched. We offer same day shipping if your order is placed by 2pm Monday-Thursday.
How do I track my order?
> All orders are tracked with either Parcel Force or DHL, depending on your delivery address. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by your order dispatch email once dispatched - which will contain your delivery tracking information. You can log in to your account on the website, click on Order History and your order number to find your order tracking number and a link to Parcel Force website or click here to Parcel Force to add your Tracking Number found in your Email Order Dispatch Confirmation or click here for DHL.
I ordered a Pre-Order item; the delivery date has passed - Where is my order?
> Please note the suggested delivery date is an estimate only, these dates are subject to change. If the date of your pre-order changes, you will be notified by email. Please also note that pre-order items are pre-production items and thus are not guaranteed and may be cancelled at any time. If you have purchased a pre-order item and the item is cancelled we will issue you with a full refund.
My order has been delivered but not all items were in the package?
> If you ordered a pre-order item you can see the latest delivery date update when you login into your account on our website. If the item is out of stock or delivery date has changed we will contact you via email directly with an update so keep an eye on your emails for updates from us.
When can you pick up a click and collect order?
> We will email you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up from Manchester, UK. Click and collect orders can be picked up Monday-Friday only. Please allow up to 4 hours to pick up your order and please note your order can't be picked up from 1-2pm Mon-Fri.
What happens if the items I want are not in stock?
> If the items you would like to purchase are not in stock you can select the option 'email me when back in stock' on the product page to get a notification when the stock is updated. Alternatively, you can add the items to your wish-list and you will be notified when the items are back in stock.
What is your import duty policy for orders delivered outside of the EU?
> Please note for export customers outside of the EU (which includes the USA, Non-EU countries and the rest of the world) our invoices do not include import duties or other taxes. You will be liable for taxes & import duties according to your respective countries tariff for the importation of goods from the UK, please check these tariffs prior to confirming your order as they vary from country to country.
Parisian Wholesale is not liable for Import Duties & taxes in your local country as we are a UK based brand. If any goods are returned to us as a consequence of you not paying these charges to your local tax office we reserve the right to charge you for shipping both ways & also a restocking administration fee.
What is the returns policy?

Can I exchange my order once I have placed it?
> Once the order is placed you cannot exchange, however, you can refund your order if you have a reason for doing so to then place a new order.
Do you only sell in packs?
> Yes. We are a wholesale website and sell all styles in packs. Unfortunately, we are unable to split these.
Do you send out samples?
> No. We do not send out samples, but you can visit our Manchester showroom to see our products. Our showroom information can be found here.
What days can I telephone your Customer Services Department?
> You can contact us by telephone, Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm. Please note that our offices are closed from 6 pm on Friday and don't re-open until 9 am on Monday. Any emails received over the weekend period will be responded to within 48 hours from Monday morning.
What are your showroom opening times?
> Weekdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 9am-2pm
Can I pre-sell your items?
> We do not advise you sell any items you do not physically have in your possession.
What labels are inside the clothing?
> 90% of our clothing carries the Parisian label.
Do you sell plus sizes?
> We do not currently stock plus sizes but please get in touch with us if this is something you would like to see us sell in the future.
Do you drop ship?
> No. We do not offer a drop shipping service.
Where do you manufacture your products?
> 90% of our products are manufactured by Parisian own owned Factories in the Far East.

Can I use your product images on my own shop?
> Yes you can use our images, however, please crop and cut out the models heads and faces out the complete image to show the product.
